Keep reading. The journey starts here and every day is a learning curve. Successes and failures. All will be revealed.
Keep writing. Where do I start?
So where did the name The Write Yard come from?
It is the name for a creative writing group that I started in 2019 in Annan, south west Scotland, based in a pre-fabricated building adjoining The Courtyard.
A place for novice writers to come together and share ideas.
But it is much more than that.
It symbolises my journey into writing,
exploring different genres,
expanding horizons,
community projects,
breaking new ground,
learning through trial and error.
And the concept keeps growing.
